Green Partnership Project (2018~)
Building “Power Plant for Hope Green” in Jungrang Water Recycling Center/14,049m2 of space, facility with 620kW ofcapacity
We have reduced carbon emissions by 370 tons per year. Its effect is the same as planting more than 130,000 20-year-old pine trees.
The annual profit of about 60 million won, which is expected for the next 20 years, will be used as a welfare fund to support 2,000 vulnerable and low-income youth.
In order to reduce energy costs of welfare facilities for children and youth, we plan to carry out a “Green Remodeling” project that supports the installation of insulations and the replacement of windows.
Replaced insulation, windows and doors on the inside and outside of buildings using eco-friendly construction materials and installed rooftop solar panels to benefit the “Open After-School Class” in Dongdaemun-gu and “Geumho Youth Reading Room” in Seongdong-gu.
