LG Chem, Ltd. (“LG Chem”, “we”, “our”) hereby provides the following notice regarding the transfer of certain personal data in connection with the divestment of its Life Sciences Aesthetic Business to LYV Sciences Co., Ltd.
1. Background to the Business Transfer
LG Chem entered into a business transfer agreement pursuant to which its Life Sciences Aesthetic Business was transferred to LYV Sciences Co., Ltd. The transfer became legally effective on 2 February 2026. Please see Section 6 below for the details of the transferee.
2. Data Transfer and Controller Status
As a result of this business transfer, the personal data we currently manage will be transferred to LYV Sciences Co., Ltd., which will act as the successor controller for such data. The transfer is carried out based on the lawful basis under GDPR and applicable laws.
3. Purpose and Scope of Processing
Personal data will continue to be used only within the scope and for the purposes previously consented, in order to ensure the continuous provision of services.
4. Data Subject Rights
Persons concerned by the data processing have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or delete their personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent where applicable.

Persons concerned also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5. Retention
Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. Appropriate safeguards will be applied in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable laws and regulations.
