Human Rights Impact Assessment
Human Rights Impact Assessment Human Rights LG Chem
LG Chem developed a self- assessment checklist for each area to asses human rights impact within the workplace and analyze risks according to the ‘Global Human Rights and Labor Policy’.
Based on this checklist, we conduct a survey among the subjects of human rights impact assessment, perform an on-site inspection (third-party inspection) along with self assessment and identify the necessary improvements.
