As a result, we have set a new target to achieve net-zero by 2050, advancing our original 2050 carbon-neutral growth goal by 20 years. While plastic has greatly enhanced convenience in human life, it also poses a challenge due to its slow decomposition and potential environmental impact. LG Chem is actively promoting the mechanical and chemical recycling of plastic waste to establish a virtuous cycle of resource circulation. With a stable supply chain of plastic waste materials, we provide high-quality recycled plastics, offering differentiated value to our customers. As a global battery material company, we are also actively nurturing battery recycling businesses to contribute to cost reduction and the expansion of electric vehicles.
